How do I apply to join ProCircle?
Fill in the short application form on this page. We ask for your brand name, contact details and website — that's it. We review every application before sending you the app install link.
How long does approval take?
We aim to review every application within 2h hrs. If your brand is a good fit, you'll receive an install link by email shortly after.
Do I need to do anything to my Shopify store before installing?
No. ProCircle installs directly into your existing Shopify store with no theme changes or technical setup required.
Can I join if I'm not on Shopify?
Not at this stage. ProCircle is built on Shopify's native infrastructure, which is what allows campaigns to run securely and seamlessly. We're exploring support for other platforms in future.
How do you verify that members are genuine professionals?
Members join ProCircle through their affiliated organisation - a ski school, guide company, outdoor retailer or similar.
Each organisation is vetted by our team before being admitted to the network, and they vouch for their own members. This organisational verification model is more reliable than trying to verify individuals directly.
Can I choose which types of professionals see my campaign?
Yes. When setting up a campaign you can select which organisations have access. You're always in control of exactly who can redeem your discount.
What stops someone sharing their discount code publicly?
Each member receives a unique discount link tied to their verified account email address, not a generic code. Links cannot be transferred or reused by another person, so leakage is structurally prevented.
How do I set my discount level?
You set your own discount percentage when creating a campaign. There's no minimum or maximum — it's entirely your decision.
